Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Pumpkin Cups! 
✅2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
✅1 mashed banana
✅2 tablespoons coconut milk
✅1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter
✅1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (or cacao nibs)
✅2 tablespoons oatmeal
DIRECTIONS: Mix everything together. Use two spoons to scoop out and place on a baking tray in globs. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees (or until the top looks solid and no longer gooey). Flip the globs so the gooey bottom is on top and use hands to form an indent in the middle. Bake for 7 minutes at 350 degrees or until top looks done. Fill the middle with more peanut butter and top with chocolate chips! #recipes #vegan #healthy #foodporn

Second breakfast After my exam today was baked banana oatmeal with cocoa peanutbutter!

Breakfast today: a banana, a peach, a white peach, a blood orange, a gala apple, 4 medjool dates, 2 tbsp sunflower butter, and a tsp of local wildflower honey. So beautiful.
